40 Days of consistent somatic practices changes the body’s systems reaping countless physiological benefits. the overall outcomes lead to greater health, physically and cognitively on a notably wide spectrum.

equally, many ancient spiritual systems recognize how significant the role of a 40 day commitment is for improving inner awareness that is impactful on a multitude of levels.

a community

if you’ve purchased the journal, are already practicing through your 40 day commitment and would like to share your insights and experiences with others who are also journeying, this is free option is for you.

a circle

if you’re desiring to engage in your 40 days in a more collective way, this paid option will be for you and involves being a part of a scheduled cohort during a specified date range.

each group will meet weekly for virtual discussions following a group practice of asana, pranayama and/ or meditation.

one on one

if you’re seeking personal guidance and support over the 40 days, working directly with me, this private offering provides you with tailored and individualized weekly sessions of guided practices as well as the many opportunities to process what comes up for you during this time virtually as well as through phone conversations and text messaging.

the workshop.

i lead workshops to guide students in how best to utilized the journal and can engage in the practices of tapas (self-discipline), svadhyaya (self-inquiry) and ishvara prandihana (surrender) throughout their 40 Day commitment.

this is a great opportunity to strengthen the community culture as well as challenged student’s in their entire yoga practice.
