The Yoga Retreat
Treasure Beach, Jamaica
April 1 - 5, 2027
In almost a decade of leading retreats I have recognized that, regardless of the intention of any offering, what takes place I couldn’t plan.
Yes - the title and the caption draw you in. It might even speak specifically to your circumstances or current season of life. In my experience though, whoever needs to show up, at that time, shows up - for themselves.
I don't believe in coincidences.
The reality is you do know what you need.
There’s been a stirring inside that’s calling you to do a some work … beneath the surface.
Deeper. Immersed. Attentive.
The posts. The graphic. The words underneath it are just an invitation to connect to what you know is calling.
You’ve heard it. You’ve felt it.
So whether you are needing to let go of something that doesn’t serve you any longer. Needing some rest and restoration
Or you’re looking to raise your vibration higher.
These shores will meet you where you are. The container will hold you.
And the people will enrich you as you
do your practice.
No rebrand. No gimmicks No guarantees to entice you to participate because you already know …
all is coming.
I haven’t crafted an experience that will distract from the work.
I’ve curated a container to support you in it as you do.

ERYT, YACEP, GD EX SCI, BS ZOO
As her family roots run deep there, Trudi has hosted and lead numerous retreats in majestic Treasure Beach since 2021. Born in Mandeville, Jamaica, raised in South Florida and having lived in parts of Australia, Trudi is a well travelled and devoted mother of four. Her journey into discovering the many therapeutic benefits of yoga, as well as her deep love for the practice itself, began with a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis in 2010. Encouraged and empowered by how the vinyasa practice helped her counter her physical limitations, along with its ability to enhance the integration of her mind, body and spirit, she completed a 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher training in 2013 at Yogafly Studio under Peach Dumars and Jessica Carry. Heavily influenced by her academic knowledge of anatomy and physiology, her classes are physically challenging, informative and often playful - with a dose of heartfelt inspiration.
“The practice of yoga can be one of the greatest tools you use in gaining a deeper and truer understanding of yourself.”
do your practice. all is coming.
