REGENERATION

Jamaican Yoga Retreat

Treasure Beach, Jamaica

October 9-13, 2025

Kotch Villas

We were made to grow and evolve. To become better and higher versions of ourselves.

This may mean that we take a deep look at the mechanisms we use and that we have learned served us well in or lives up until this point, then letting go of the ones that no longer do in the desire to be healthier.

I’ve found this means immersive self-work and inquiry that will challenge you in ways that may feel like regression at times but are a REGENERATION that leads to a renewed existence … one of great clarity and living into a truer sense of self.

I will lead this retreat with a focus that will guide you on your quest to unwire some things to discover a more authentic you. Whether you’re at the start of your mission, in the middle or rounding out this season of your life, be sure that this experience will meet you where you’re at.

The location on Jamaica’s South Coast is remote and virtually untouched. Treasure Beach is a beautiful part of this island with an AMAZING energy that must be felt to be entirely comprehended, as words have rarely ever done it justice.

To fuel our 5 days and 4 nights of inner and outer work, there will be an abundance of healthy, locally sourced and authentic Jamaican dishes, each meal freshly prepared by stellar in-house chefs and a team that is committed to your wellness and your seeking.

As her family roots run deep there, Trudi has lead seven retreats in majestic Treasure Beach since 2021. Born in Mandeville, Jamaica, raised in South Florida and having lived in parts of Australia, Trudi is a well travelled and devoted mother of four. Her journey into discovering the many therapeutic benefits of yoga, as well as her deep love for the practice itself, began with a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis in 2010. Encouraged and empowered by how the vinyasa practice helped her counter her physical limitations, along with its ability to enhance the integration of her mind, body and spirit, she completed a 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher training in 2013 at Yogafly Studio under Peach Dumars and Jessica Carry. Heavily influenced by her academic knowledge of anatomy and physiology, her classes are physically challenging, informative and often playful - with a dose of heartfelt inspiration.

“The practice of yoga can be one of the greatest tools you use in gaining a deeper and truer understanding of yourself.”

do your practice. all is coming.
