CULTIVATING WORK-LIFE HARMONY FOR PROFESSIONALS SUMMIT

Cultivating Work-Life Harmony for Professionals is an immersive experience curated with intention to offer education and evidence-informed supportive mindfulness practices that can be incorporated both personally and in a variety of professional settings.
There will be guided sessions of skillful instruction by ERYT instructor, Trudi James Hawke, with ample time for application and questions. Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Kellie C. Pope, will present the most recent and relevant education concerning the science behind these somatic modalities. And there will be plenty of space for individual reflection, as well as opportunity for participants to discuss their mutual experiences and the relevance for their individual growth, professional development, and the incorporation of new knowledge and practices into the variety of work settings represented by the participants in the group.
