  • Trudi’s journey into discovering yoga started with a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis in 2010. With her educational background in Exercise and Sports Science from Auburn University and The University of Sydney, also in an effort to take ownership of intentionally managing the effects of the disease, she sought out the practice as an alternative therapeutic modality.

Teaching yoga for a decade, Trudi continues to serve the global community by traveling to teach in-person at studios, virtually online, both private individual and group sessions, for corporate wellness programs, special events, workshops, domestic and destination retreats, teacher trainings and continuing education offerings.

  • Kellie is a licensed clinical psychologist who serves adults of all ages, with a specialization in complex relational trauma. She completed her Ph.D. at the University of Memphis, an internship at the Boston Consortium in Clinical Psychology, and her postdoctoral fellowship at the Roosevelt Warm Springs Institution for Rehabilitation.

She has been practicing as a licensed psychologist since 2007 and spent the bulk of her career working as a psychologist within the Veteran’s Healthcare System, where she developed psychological services within medical settings and then later served as the director of behavioral health within a primary care setting. Currently, she assists individuals with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, relational difficulties, women’s health concerns, and bereavement challenges. She also specializes in promoting positive lifestyle change to assist with the management of medical conditions including diabetes, chronic pain, hypertension, and cancer.

Kellie operates from a holistic health model and utilizes mind/body treatment approaches, including mindfulness and yogic practices, with the goal of improving overall nervous system health. She values faith, kindness, grace, hope, and humor and attempts to incorporate these qualities into her practice.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys a variety of hobbies including spending time in nature, hiking, jogging, yoga, art, live music, travel, and food!
